③ 전세계에서 다양한 국적의 사람들이 출전하는 국제 콩쿠르
④ 전공자부 / 비전공부 / 장애인부

Only students who have received formal instruction from a teacher are eligible to apply (self-taught participants are not allowed).

Participants from around the world of diverse nationalities will compete.
