● 신청 절차 (Application Process)
• 온라인 신청 접수 시작: 2025년 9월 28일 (Competitor online application available from September 28, 2025)
• 마감: 2026년 8월 1일 23:59 GMT (그리니치 표준시: https://greenwichmeantime.com/current-time/) (Deadline: August 1, 2026, 23:59 GMT. Greenwich Mean Time: https://greenwichmeantime.com/current-time/)

• 상황에 따라 수상자에게 신분증 사본 제출을 요청할 수 있습니다. (Depending on the situation, we may ask winners to send us a copy of their ID)
• 상장에 기재될 이름이므로, 지원자의 성명은 신청서에 정확하게 작성해야 합니다. (The applicant’s full name must be written correctly on the application form because the name will be used on the certificate)

● 총칙 (General Rules)
• 악기 편성 및 연주 시간은 자유입니다. (Instrumentation and duration are free.) 독주곡, 합창곡, 협주곡부터 오케스트라 작품까지 제출할 수 있습니다. (Works may range from solo pieces, choir pieces, and concertos to orchestral works.)
• 전자음향 작품도 제출할 수 있습니다. (Electroacoustic works are acceptable)
• 전체 악보는 신청 양식을 통해 업로드해야 합니다: https://en.iseshimaart.com/international-composition-competiti (The full score must be uploaded through the application form: https://en.iseshimaart.com/international-composition-competiti)
• 악보는 전통적인 기보 대신 작품 설명 문서의 형태일 수도 있습니다. (The score may be an explanatory document of the work instead of traditional notation)
• 제출 작품은 이미 연주되었거나 수상 경력이 있어도 무방합니다. (The submitted work may already have been performed or awarded)
• 작곡가는 두 작품 이상을 제출할 수 있으나, 각 작품마다 별도의 신청서 작성과 참가비 결제가 필요합니다. (Composers may submit more than one work, but they must complete a separate entry form and pay a separate fee for each work)
• 작곡가는 녹음 파일의 URL을 제출하여 신청할 수 있습니다. (Composers may apply by submitting the URL of their audio recording.) 녹음 파일은 온라인 스토리지, 동영상 공유 플랫폼 또는 오디오 공유 플랫폼에 업로드할 수 있으며, 심사위원이 결과 발표 시점까지 파일에 접속하여 청취할 수 있도록 공개 범위가 설정되어 있어야 합니다. (The recording may be uploaded to any online storage, video, or audio sharing platform, provided that the privacy settings allow the juries to access and listen to the file until the competition results are announced.)
• 신청 내용이 불완전한 경우 실격 처리될 수 있습니다. (An incomplete application may be disqualified)
• 제출 후에는 어떤 경우에도 작품을 수정할 수 없습니다. (Under no circumstances can alterations be made to works once submitted)
• 수상자 홍보를 위해, 음원 파일의 공개 설정이 공개인 경우 수상 작품을 당사 웹사이트에 게재합니다. (To promote the winners, the awarded works will be published on our website if the audio file’s privacy setting is public.) 또한 수상 작곡가가 신청서에 SNS 정보를 제공한 경우, 홍보 목적으로 해당 정보도 함께 게재할 수 있습니다. (In addition, if the winning composers provide their SNS information in the application form, we will also publish it for promotional purposes.)
• 일부 지역의 우편 제한으로 인해 종이 상장을 발송할 수 없는 경우가 있습니다. (Due to postal restrictions in certain locations, we are unable to send physical certificates to those areas.) 이 경우 이메일을 통해 PDF 상장을 제공합니다. (In such cases, we will provide a PDF version of the certificate via email.)

● 상금 및 상장 (Prizes and Certificates)
• 그랑프리: 상장 및 상금 100,000엔 (Grand Prix: 100,000 yen with a certificate)
• 최대 35명의 특별상 수상자에게 상장 수여 (Up to 35 special-prize winners will receive certificates)
인쇄된 상장은 결과 발표 후 한 달 이내에 발송됩니다. (The printed certificate will be dispatched within one month after the results are published)

● 콩쿠르 규칙 및 규정 (Competition Rules and Regulations)
• 심사위원단의 결정은 최종적입니다. (The judging panel’s decisions are final)
• 본 콩쿠르에 신청하는 것은 공표된 모든 규칙, 규정 및 절차에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. (Application to the Competition constitutes the contestant’s acceptance of all published rules, regulations, and procedures)
• 이세시마 아트 컴퍼니는 심사위원과 협의하여, 심사위원의 판단상 정당한 사유가 있다고 인정되는 경우, 수상자를 선정하지 않거나, 규정을 변경하거나, 상금을 변경 또는 분할할 권리를 보유합니다. (Ise-Shima Art Company reserves the right, in conjunction with the Competition judge, not to award the prizes, to change the regulations, or to change or split the prize money if, in the opinion of the judge, such action is justified for any reason)
• 결과는 2026년 8월 31일 이메일로 통보되며, 당사 웹사이트에도 게재됩니다. (The result will be notified by email on August 31, 2026, and will be published on our website)

● 심사위원장 (Head of the Jury)
Dr. Sumio Kobayashi (Dr. Sumio Kobayashi)
그는 1985년부터 피아노와 솔페주를 중심으로 정규 음악 교육을 받아 왔습니다. (He has received formal musical training, excelling with piano and solfège, since 1985.) I.C.O.M.S. 29° Concorso Internazionale di Composizione에서 수상했으며, Isang Yun Prize에서 경상남도 특별상을 받았습니다. (He won at I.C.O.M.S. 29° Concorso Internazionale di Composizione and received the Gyeongsangnam-do Special Prize at the Isang Yun Prize.) 또한 2013년 Toru Takemitsu Composition Award에서 2위를 차지했고, 2015년 Pablo Casals International Composition Competition의 파이널리스트였으며, European Capital of Culture Wrocław 2016 International Composers’ Competition에서 우승했습니다. (He was second place at the Toru Takemitsu Composition Award in 2013, was a finalist at the Pablo Casals International Composition Competition in 2015, and won the International Composers’ Competition of the European Capital of Culture Wrocław 2016.) Takefu International Music Festival, Tongyeong International Music Festival, Weimarer Frühjahrstage für zeitgenössische Musik 등 여러 음악제에 참여했습니다. (He has made appearances at festivals such as Takefu International Music Festival, Tongyeong International Music Festival, and Weimarer Frühjahrstage für zeitgenössische Musik.) 현재 고바야시는 도쿄 니혼대학교 부교수이며, 영국 켄트대학교에서 언어학 박사 학위를 받았습니다. (Currently, Kobayashi is an associate professor at Nihon University in Tokyo. He received a doctor’s degree in linguistics from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.)
